Yumi Omori is currently a senior student at NYUAD. She is deeply passionate about deep reinforcement learning. She is a big fan of Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Yuval Noah Harari, and Richard Powers.
In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, reading, coding, gaming, wall climbing, hiking, and running. She has been to 32 countries on Earth. When it comes to music, jazz holds a special place in her heart (with Beriolize being a favorite). She also listens to Girl in Red and Chappell Roan.
Beyond her core research interests, she reads things in neuroscience, epigenetic biology, physics, and the theory of knowledge.
